Do you build new stores, or work on existing ones?

Both. We build Shopify stores from scratch and take on existing stores that need a redesign, a replatform, or targeted work like a checkout rebuild. If you already have a store, we start by auditing what you have.

How long does a project take?

Most projects run four to twelve weeks depending on scope. A focused piece of work — a checkout customisation or a set of pages — can be faster; a full storefront build sits at the longer end. You get a clear timeline before we start.

Do you take smaller or checkout-only jobs?

Yes. Checkout is our specialty, so single-feature work — checkout extensions, Shopify Functions, a payment or shipping customisation — is very welcome, not just full builds.

Do you build custom apps and one-off custom work?

Yes — it is not all full builds. We build bespoke Shopify apps to solve a specific problem, do theme customizations, and take on one-off custom features. If a single thing is holding your store back, we can build just that piece.

What does it cost to work with you?

Every project is scoped and priced up front after a short discovery call, so you get a fixed price and know exactly what you are paying for before any work begins. No hourly surprises.

Where are you based, and who do you work with?

We are based in Victoria, Canada, and work with Shopify Plus and Shopify brands worldwide, remotely across time zones. Most of our clients are growing DTC and B2B brands that have outgrown a template.

What happens after launch?

You own all the code — clean and documented — so you are never locked to us. From there we can hand over completely or stay on for ongoing improvements, tests and new features.
